Delivery & Returns

You will receive your order 2-3 working days from the day you place your order. A tracking number from UrbanFox will be sent to your email once delivery is confirmed. You can track your order at UrbanFox Tracking Page. Simple! Do note that our UrbanFox do not do delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Your order will be delivered within Singapore using Urbanfox. You will receive a tracking number via sms or email once delivery is confirmed. We apologise that we don't do self-collections or meet ups.

For international deliveries, your order will be delivered via DHL.

You will be contacted by UrbanFox on rescheduling your delivery. Don’t worry, you will receive your item!

We can do an exchange for the following defects: the item is badly damaged container/content leaked/product expired. However we are unable to do an exchange for minor cosmetic damages (such as dented tin cap, broken seal but content is still intact). In the case of damaged items, please send a snapshot of the damaged item to holla@deckout.com.sg and we will look into it.

Aerosols will not be available for overseas delivery. You will receive a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your shipment at any time.

Shipping fees exclude your local country's duties and taxes.

Singapore:
Delivery fee is SGD5 for orders below $20.
Delivery is free for orders at or above $20.
Delivery will take 2-3 working days.

Delivery fee is SGD20 for orders below $120.
Delivery is free for orders at or above $120.
Delivery will take 7-14 working days.

Countries: China, Indonesia, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam

Delivery fee is SGD30 for orders below $150.
Delivery is free for orders at or above $150.
Delivery will take 7-14 working days.

Countries: India & Japan
Delivery fee is SGD40 for orders below $180.
Delivery is free for orders at or above $180.
Delivery will take 7-14 working days.

Countries: Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, United States

$55 for 0 to 0.5kg
$65 for 0.51 to 1.5kg
$80 for 1.51 to 2kg
$94 for 2.01 to 3kg
$105 for 3.01 to 3.5kg

Delivery will take 7-14 working days.

$60 for 0.51 to 1.5kg
$80 for 1.51 to 2kg
$100 for 2.01 to 3kg
$120 for 3.01 to 3.5kg

Delivery will take 10-14 working days.

Countries excluded: 

Spain: Spain customs does not allow cosmetic products to be imported for personal use.

Please note that in some countries there are import duties, these have to be borne by the customer and are not our responsibility.
